The European Glaucoma Society Executive welcomes you to join the EGS 16th Congress in Dublin, on 1-4 June. Our event will be held at the state-of-the-art Convention Centre Dublin (The CCD).
The program of this major event has been carefully designed to provide an update on all aspects of glaucoma management, from epidemiology and basic science to diagnosis and medical and surgical treatment. We are delighted by the panel of internationally renowned speakers who are recognized experts in the field.
Over the last years EGS has intensively worked on building new EGS projects of strategic importance in the field of glaucoma, namely the Real World Data Project, the Surgery Project, the EGS Glaucoma Fellowship Project, the Research Priorities Project, the Patients Initiative and the Outcomes Project . Concepts, developments and innovative approaches raised from such activities have been incorporated into the scientific program of the Dublin meeting building the scaffold for a high quality scientific exchange from the first day until the very last session in an open-minded, multicultural environment.
In addition, we are particularly pleased to announce the return of the EGS Surgery Day which will address the state of the art in surgical management of glaucoma, including the many challenges related to newly introduced innovative techniques.
The 16th EGS Congress will be once again a landmark event in the field of glaucoma characterized by intensive networking among colleagues and friends.
We hope you will not miss this great opportunity to join us in Dublin for such a landmark event.
